Depot Sirens to be Activated for Quarterly Drill
The three Chemical Stockpile Emergency Preparedness Program (CSEPP) sirens located on the Blue Grass Army Depot
will be activate on the morning of
Thursday, March 11 as part of a quarterly drill. A public address system will also be
utilized during the drill.  These sirens and voice messages may be heard by residents living near the Depot.
The sirens will sound Westminster Chimes, the sound normally played during siren tests and drills. The Blue Grass
Chemical Activity and the Madison County Emergency Management Agency/CSEPP work together to conduct drills
quarterly to ensure all emergency plans are coordinated and first responders are prepared to provide maximum safety to
the community.

The Berea Parks and Recreation Ballroom Dancing for Adults!
